Order Processing Times:

All shop orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

All shipping rates are calculated by USPS: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds: Once we process your return (if applicable), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
