Do You Allow Returns or Refunds?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of items in our shop, they are non-refundable and we cannot accept returns. 

If the items have been damaged in transit, please reach out to us right away, at hello@lizerneventura.com, with photos of the damage. We will gladly do everything we can to resolve the issue.

Can I cancel an order I just placed?
If you change your mind, please email us within 24 hours of completing your purchase. After your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel any order.
